Walker Legal, PLLC d/b/a Carolina Dirt Law (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://carolinadirtlaw.com/ website (the “Service”).

At Carolina Dirt Law, we value privacy and take appropriate measures at all times to protect all confidential and Non-public Personal Information (“NPI”) that we may possess. In order to perform real estate closing services, we often are required to share customers’ personal information with certain third parties who have a “need to know.” Examples of these third parties are lenders from whom we are seeking payoff information, homeowner’s association management companies, mortgage service providers and our banking institution. We do not disclose any NPI to anyone other than for the purpose of completing the service that we are providing. CAROLINA DIRT LAW DOES NOT SELL ANY LISTS THAT CONTAIN NPI FOR ANY PURPOSE.

Usage Data

We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
